Jake has three young daughters so during his free time you’ll find him immersed in activities like bike rides, soccer and cheer.

Johnny brings a friendly, honest approach to every HVAC visit and enjoys reconnecting with customers while sharing helpful tips. To him, great service means treating every customer like part of the Buckley family. With a background in corporate security and executive protection, he brings discipline, trust, and professionalism to the job. Off the clock, Johnny loves spending time outdoors with his wife and two kids, Wyatt and Kyleigh—whether it’s at a rodeo, monster truck rally, or out fishing.

Bill Kenealey
Maintenance Technician
Bill enjoys the variety and challenge of his role at Buckley, from troubleshooting vintage systems from the 1950s to working on the latest computer-controlled HVAC technology. For him, the most important part of the job is finding the simplest, most effective solutions to every issue he encounters. To Bill, 100% customer satisfaction means leaving every job with all questions answered and every concern fully addressed. His background in IT helps him diagnose complex systems quickly and gives him a strong advantage when working on the newest computer-controlled equipment. When he’s not on the job, Bill spends most of his time with his wife and daughter. He also pursues many hobbies, including woodworking, vehicle repair, photography, electronics, and computers.

Kenny takes pride in working at Buckley’s, a company built on honesty, integrity, and putting employees and customers first. For him, the most important part of his job is meeting customer needs through sales and ensuring 100% satisfaction from start to finish. Inspired by his father’s 30+ years in sales, Kenny shaped his own career by listening and learning from those experiences. Outside of work, he enjoys playing Texas Hold ’Em, Magic: The Gathering, and spending time with his wife and their three dogs—two Frenchies, Bandit and Rogue, and one Mastiff, Grizzly.

Steven Dunlay

Steven finds true satisfaction in completing each job the right way and seeing the gratitude of Buckley’s customers. For him, the most important part of his role is delivering high-quality installs that bring comfort and peace of mind to homeowners. His background in contracting gave him valuable experience with tools and power equipment, which he now uses daily in his work. Outside of Buckley, Steven enjoys fishing in the Tahoe area, spending time outdoors, and playing video games with friends.

Her top priority is making sure every customer feels heard, understood, and confident in their HVAC choices. With experience managing a chiropractic office, navigating military family life, and organizing homes and offices, Bethany brings calm, organization, and compassion to her role.

She believes the most important part of her role is building strong relationships and making every single customer feel truly valued. Her experience as a "team mom" taught her robust collaboration and team dynamics, while her time as a speech and debate judge helps her thoughtfully balance multiple perspectives. A proud mother of a public speaker herself, Faith spends her spare time enjoying the outdoors by biking, swimming, and fishing.

Kyle appreciates the family-style environment at Buckley and the willingness of others to teach him new things along the way. He sees climate control as more than just a comfort issue in some cases, it can be critical for life. Because of that, he focuses on making sure systems are working properly and repaired quickly when needed.
Kyle describes satisfaction as making sure the customer is happier after he leaves than when he arrived. His past experiences with other technicians shaped how he interacts with customers, helping him avoid making anyone feel pressured or uncomfortable.
When he’s not working, Kyle spends his time at home with his kids and family.
